Photoshop disk printing template for Epson printer

Hello all, I just got an Epson RX595 to replace my dead R340. I have made a Photoshop template so I can print disks directly from Photoshop instead of having to save and import my disk imprints into Epson's crappy disk printing software. It should work for all Epson printers that use the short disk printing tray, don't know about the long-tray printers. The zip file includes a readme with basic instructions in addition to the template.

(To give credit where due, I based this on the R280 template created by powersuber on the CDFreaks forum. I tweaked the diameter and positions of the guides and added the masks.)

Happy New Year!

Do you think it will work with the RX585, would it be able to use it?

Grazie

Awesome. Can't wait to give it a try. Not only is Epson's PrintCD software subpar, it is difficult to track down if you ever need to reinstall it.

Thanks bunches!

Photoshop elements has a template included complete with transparent layer and mask. If you can borrow somebody's PSE and dig out the template, it will work in Photoshop CSx

EBay sellers say the same print tray works in the following printers:
R260 Rr80 R280 Rx580 RX595 RX680
so I think the template would be OK in any of them.

The long-style tray is used in the R220 R300 R200 R320 R340 R200 printers, I don't know if the template will work in those. You might or not have to tweak the positions of the guides and masks.

I just use Epson's Print CD program. Nothing great about it and for anything fancy I prepare something in PS first. What I do find handy in PrintCD is being able to adjust the centre offset and the inner hole size with minimal fuss.
