Physically forcing video clips into section of screen

Hello,

I am using 16/Platinum

I would like to physically force a chunk of video into a certain section of the screen, and then bring other clips to fill the other parts of the screen together with music. I have tried masking/tracking and I DO NOT want to black out the rest of the clip minus the top left corner, I want the clip to be centered in the top left corner with only the part that I've selected to be shown on the display. Any suggestions?

Add PIP FX to the clip and adjust the settings to achieve what you want. Do the same with the other clips, but if they are to be on the screen at the same time they will need to be on separate tracks. There are other ways to do this but this is the easiest. Masking/Tracking was not the tool for the job.
