Picture cut each sides.

I created a image 720x480
I imported into my movie studio project
The project is 720x480, NTSC, Pixel aspect ratio 0.9132 (NTSC Video CD)

Result part or the picture is cut on each side (does not enter the safe frame), but the up and down are ok.
I don't want it to cut on each sides.

Tell is you need more info.

Open Pan/Crop for that image, right-click the image in the Pan/Crop window, and choose Match Output Aspect. Then you will be able to resize without the sides being cut off.
