In Movie Studio 17.0 Platinum, how can the orientation be changed from landscape to portrait and each dimension be changed independently from the other?

I am using Windows 10.

By setting the right projectformat and choose in the video properties of a file the orientation to what you want to have

Depends on your wishes for the entire project and can be changed through this button
