Picture in picture effect?

How is it done in Vegas? I'm recording a concert with 2 cams soon and I want to add this effect during editing. I don't mean making one layer transparent and adding another to it, I mean, I want to show two scenes from different angles with picture in picture. Thanks.

Use Track Motion or Pan/Crop to do this.

The basic Vegas tutorial on-line (the one of the female singer) uses a PIP effect to superimpose her album cover on-screen. Follow that, but replace the still used in the tutorial with a video clip.
