Picture Motion Browser takes a very long time

I have sony vegas 9 PE. It renders m2ts files correctly if slowly.
When I attempt to write this file back to the Sony avchd (HRXR200v) the PMB it takes a VERY long time "preparing" data before the export completes.
Can anyone tell me why this is and can it be avoided somehow.
I believe i have the most recent of PMB and smvpe.

Looks like PMB and Sony Vegas developed by different sony branches.
I'm not sure if ability of non-PMB generated clips back to handycam is declared.
Anyway - no guarantee that it can even work.

Thanks for the reply.
It works for me but PMB seems to re render the clip.
I think oyu are correct that they must have been developed by different groups. Indeed there seem to be 3 groups, VMSPE, PMB and the hardware folks.
