Picture Slideshow pan/crop question

Distorshun wrote on 1/13/2006, 9:24 AM
I have a picture slideshow that has over 100 pictures, and wanted to find out if there was an easier way to do a pan/crop affect than selecting and cropping each one individually?

I want the pictures to move forward and backward throughout the slideshow. I can get the desired affect selecting the slides individually, but its so time comsuming. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Ultimate S 2.0 and StillMotion both automate the process, making it fast to not only do what you're asking, but allowing you to save presets to make it easier the next time you want to do one.

I watched the Ultimate S demo. StillMotion will do the exact same thing? Its alot cheaper than Ultimate S.

I was hoping Vegas could do this alone, or that there was a free pluggin for it.?

StillMotion doesn't provide for unlimited transition saving, but otherwise, they're the same. There are 14 day demos of both.
There is a free script that will match all the aspect tools, but nothing for free that provides motion.
Excalibur also has a pan/crop tool they call the PBS Wizard, but it too, costs $$

Thanks DSE! I downloaded the trial version...its exactly what I needed. Probably saved me hours of pan cropping! Its definately worth $25.
