I'm sure this works for most of us who have tried it. Does your camera have a composite or S-Video output? If so, then whatever you see on the camera's viewfinder should also go out this output as well. Connect this output to your television and you're all set.

My television doesn't have a composite input (yes, it's very old), so i connect the composite output of my camcorder to the composite input of my VCR, and then from there to the TV. It works very well.

Yes, it works for me just fine.

Kev, i'm just curious, but why is the subject of this thread, "Pinnacle Pro One" ?

I think KMoore is wanting the Pinnacle Pro One to work with Vegas as an output source, or that's my guess. Ain't gonna happen. Even Pinnacle sorta wishes this card would just go away. Built for Edition and Premiere, they never could get it working for Edition. Which really negates the value of the card. I've got a couple for sale on Ebay right now. Along with a Canopus RexRT.

You might want to check out the new ACEDvio card from Canopus. IT has a card that will do a output to monitor without having to go through a camera or anything and the best part, it comes bundled with a full version of Vegas 4. Just made my work purchase one. It was only $475, gret price for what you get.
