pioneer 109 problems

i have a new burner pioneer dv109 with firmware 1.40 (the latest one)
ive spent about a month or more making a great dvd for work promotion.
ive gone over the whole skip and caddoodel in this progy and ironed out every bug to do with it.the progy makes the whole dvd and all works great in
dvda with no probs ,then the burning process starts burns right up to 97%
then goes backwards. what the ??????
disk spits out and i have a great coaster for my beer.well about 15 or more now i have a whole set.
i get this error.every time,it times out.???

now a few people have had a similer problems but no one gives a good reason for it at all or a fix for it.not even sony
i have updated the progy to no availie.
ive changed ide ports and drives and drivers and and all that stuff and to no availe, i just get costers from it.
the burner is fine, i use clone dvd 2 with no probs.
ive even put the vobs in to that dvda made but i get no menus or any of the things ive made for dvda.
WHAT THE F--- IS going on?????????????
i dident spend good company money on a progy that just makes drink costers all day long.
So i whent to my pc doc and he cant even get it running.
so i dont have mutch to say for sony products ,as you can emagine.
so please can some one please help me out or shed some lite on this subject or at least send me in a direction i can head in ,that can fix this crap progy.
the pc is fine the burner is fine .
all i need is to know were to head for the error.

Do what most people do when they encounter problems burning with DVDA - use something else like Nero or CopyToDVD. You can get a fully functional 30 day free trial of CopyToDVD - if it will burn your DVD then you know the problem is with DVDA and not with your burner or media (which are 2 additional problem areas).

I purhcased an OEM version of Nero 6.6 on eBay for $1 (plus $6 shipping). Works fine with my Pioneer A09.

well i have the latest nero reloded and i cant seem to get it to burn in there.
it makes dvds ok in a few progys i have.
just cant get it burn dvda files clone dvd 2 burns it but no menues and titels.?? its junk if you ask me.
or am i doing somthing wrong some were in nero.???it wont burn.??
still no one can tell anyone what the problem is.
every thing every one has said over the past month i have done to no availe
the progy is just junk.even with all updates.

I just did a search in this forum for "mmc.cpp" and came up with dozens of posts similar to yours.

I suggest that you click on the "support" button at the top of this screen and submit a bug report. I have found Sony pretty responsive and helpful for these sorts of things. Lots of people think that this forum is a Sony support forum, but it is not. Sony provides it as a way for users to talk to each other, which can be very helpful, but when it comes to bugs, you really need to contact Sony. They don't really provide support through this forum, but they are pretty good at helping you via email.
