PIP render

I am having a problem with rendering a picture in a picture in Vegas Video 4.0 and 5.0. It will not render with or without titling over it. Can someone tell me why this does not work and will it ever be fixed?

How are you setting up your PIP? If the "little" screen is simply a track above that has been shrunk & positioned, it should rendoer out just fine.
