My Pitch Shift it's bugged, because when I put the effect, he ends the audio, and resumes stops halfway. PLZ HELP!!

Which way did you apply the Pitch Shift FX?

By the Audio Event FX (From the sony vegas plugin itself)

Then it's regular behaviour. You need to check the option "Preserve duration" before you edit the pitch amount.
