Pixilization Like on Cops!

Well I am trying to pixilize just a section of video like what you would see on cops where just someones face is all blurred or pixilized.. Right now all I know how to do is to pixilize the whole screen.. Is there a way to just do a small square within a frame of video??

Here is one way to try.

Put the same video on both video tracks. Pixelate the video on Track Two and then add the cookie cutter effect. This allows you to make different shapes exposing only parts of the video.

Play with this and let me know how it goes.

The cookie cutter effect works really well for the pixelization effect in just one sqare of video..
