Platinum 11 - NOT RENDERING!

When I try to render a project or make a movie in Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11 the rendering box's 'Estimated Time' keeps increasing and the percentage either stays at 0% or gets to a different percentage and just stops. A problem report box pops up - I don't know if it is a sony help box or one from my computer but either way it just gives me a useless link. Someone please help.

What are the properties of your .mp4 file in the timeline? Post the text view results from a program called MediaInfo.

You may well have to reinstall VMS as long as you've registered it and it shows up in the MySoftware section of My Account above, you'll be fine getting your license restored should you run into any issues.
