I replaced my laptop and reinstalled Vegas Movie Studio 8 Platinum, but for some reason was no longer able to "customize" exports to any form of h.264 .mp4. And under video properties I am no longer able to put in 1920x1080. Now it reduces is to 1440x1080.

Is this because I installed the 8d update?

And the big question: What are the differences between 8 platinum and 9 platinum?
