Well, it seems to boil down to extra transitions and effect, a CD of sound effects, and colour correction.

All good editors kow that those transitions have little place when editing a serious video, so how much worth they hold is negligible; the sound effects, too, are of ittle value (to me) as the are the wrong type of sounds. There are plenty of places onthe internet where free sound effects can be downloaded.

The colour correction is useful for those time when I forget set the white balance and my video ends up too warm or cold..

Oh, and I haven't used Acid. I took at look at it but didn't have the time to investigate.
