Playback error

Hello, i'm trying to fix the playback error ("An error occurred while starting playback ; the request is not enabled for this device") on SVP 13.

I tried to go options > preferences > audio device and change "Microsoft Sound Mapper" into the other devices selecting my headphones as audio device type, but it doesn't work and after applying the error message appears again, telling me that the selected device (my headphones) doesn't exist.

Can someone please help me?

(I'm using Windows 10)

Is the device being used by Windows or some other software. You might need to change the default windows device temporarily.

??? Any solutions to not being able to playback on the timeline after rendering???
