I have Vegas Movie Studio 4.0 and an analog video capture device which Windows Movie Maker recognizes without any problems. However, when I try to capture video with VMS4.0 it says that it cannot open the device and to check to see if it is turned on or in use by another program. Well it is turned on and is not to my knowledge in use by any other program. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
