Please, help. (Vegas Pro 13)

Hi. I've been using Sony Vegas Pro 13 (64 bits) since April and I've never had problems with it until September. Yes, I know its October but I have been trying to fix it but I still get the same thing.
Basically, I record gameplay with Dxtory/Fraps. They used to run very well and I was able to work with projects recorded with them, but one day I needed to edit something, I scrolled the video and the software simply crashed. I haven't touched anything on Fraps/dxtory... I also tried to open the video from the software, but crashes aswell.
Please, I need help, and I can't send stuff using the service center cause I get an error message everytime I submit it.

By the way; I'm using Windows 8 and have a GTX 970, i5 4670k aswell.

Are you saying that you cannot open the video with Dxtory/Fraps or that it crashes when you try to open the video from Sony Vegas Pro 13?  Is it multiple recordings since September or only the one recording you are trying to work on?  If I did not change anything, then I would look at disk space to see if I was suddenly running low.  Clear out your TEMP directories (c:\windows\temp and %TEMP%).  Compare the media properties between a working recording from before September and the one you are having problems with.  Do they report back the same?  You could also review the Windows updates from September and see if anyone of those sound related to video drivers, .NET updates, etc.

I've tried everything, but it still crashes. When I scroll my recorded videos from ANY date Sony Vegas crashes, doesn't even let me move it to the time line. Once I scroll the video to Sony Vegas the software stops working and ''doesn't answer''. About Windows updates, I can see that my Intel HD Graphics had some mistakes in the update. I click the link to get help for it but it says ''Coming soon''.

Many screen capture/broadcasting programs such as Bandicam, Fraps, Action!, Wirecast and Dxtory produce files that Vegas does not like. You could try to capture your screen with OBS Studio, or you could try to convert your footage using an app such as Sony Catalyst Browse, Handbrake, Freemake Video Converter, or many of the FFmpeg GUIs available. In most cases you would probably want to convert to AVC (H.264) in an MP4 container.

I had Action before and it did work. Now, I managed to attach a video from my camera, but from my GoPro I got the same thing.
