Please re-order the categories for the New Topic dropdown menu

I've noticed that numerous new topics are being wrongly posted in the "Production Assistant" category. Also a couple wrongly in the "News" category. I believe this is because of the order that categories are presented in the dropdown box when posting a New Topic.

Some posters will just use the first category they see, especially if they have trouble with the language. Others with a general Vegas issue will have no idea what "Production Assistant" means but will see that their topic is not "Audio" and will post in the next available topic. I recommend presenting the order like this:

Vegas Pro
Video & General
Audio
Scripting
Production Assistant
Vegas Movie Studio
Add Ons
DVD Architect
CD Architect
Off Topic
News
Moderators

Also, perhaps non-moderators should be prevented from posting a new topic in the News section.

Hi Nick, thanks for the feedback.

We will fix the posting in "News" with the next update (tomorrow). I will also think about changing the dropdown but no promises for a fast implementation.
