Plextor DVD burner

Anybody use Plextor's PX504-A DVD burner with DVD Architect? I really like their audio CD burners, and would like to stick with them, if possible. Any problems/ comments? Thanx, jim h

I asked the same thing a few days ago, ... no answer ! Hope you will be more lucky than me.
As asked Sonic Foundry : they don't have the drive to test.
I asked Plextor, they don't have the software to test !!

Thanx. You'd think that Sonic Foundry would test the best unit available. At least Plextor is the only unit configured precisely for audio CD burning; it stands to reason that they would be good at DVDs as well. I want to stick with the best! Any ideas out there?

I have a 504 and I have been able to successfully burn slideshows on +RW disks. I have also tested burning vob files that I copied from a commercial DVD and it worked fine. So far, I like the drive.

Great! I recommend Plextor for all things audio, and hoped to hear that the DVD would work well. Thanx!
