I was told from someone at another forum that if they did then maybe it would cause instability in the program. I was hoping for a proprietary "VST WRAPPER" made from them. Hoping...not saying it will happen. Just that they make everything from audio waves[pca,wave64]to the new video codec...etc. Might as well. I hope that they do because I'll be able to use my universal audio card then. Later.

There are in fact a number of VST-DX converter/wrappers available that will work with the Sonic Foundry application family. Stability is always a question mark because you're using a plug-in within a plug-in which can be dicey at best.

THAT SAID, I'd had amazing luck with these VST Wrappers and using them on my ACID and Vegas projects.

For more about DirectX plug-ins and all that jazz, I recommend, the 'Direct-X Files" website, which is where this page describing the wrapper files comes from.
