Plug-Ins automatically loaded into new Audio track

Vegas Pro 22 (Build 194) / Windows 11

Hi there,
for ages, when creating a new audio tracke 3 (generic) plugins where automatically installed (Gate, EQ and Comp).

In a project I changed the plugins to two other plugins and since then every time I create a new audio track these two plug ins are loaded. I don't want that. I would rather have a clean new audio track without ANY plug ins pre-loaded. But I can't find a way to do this.

Can someone help me?

Thanks

You can remove all three Fx, right click on the track and change the default properties. Then it will stop loading them.

Thank you RogerS. It worked.
It was only a small thing, but it really irritated me.

Same here. I wish no Fx was the default.

It is important to note that those three default FX are set, by default, to "do nothing" and they are widely used which is why they are there by default. So it doesn't hurt that they are there as they "do nothing" until you change the settings.

@jetdv That might be. But being an audio engineer, I have never used those plug-ins - and I am working with Vegas for ages. I either edit my audio in an external editor (Steinberg WaveLab) and import it into Vegas or I load 3rd parties VST plug ins into Vegas.
It might also be (I haven't checked), that some plug ins use up computer power even if the are on bypass.
Anyway, RogerS has told me the solution and I am happy. :-)
