There have been many issues posted about VP17 and BCC, and the issues are different in that it may relate to a BCC unit that came with a previous version of VP, or a full version of BCC prior to version 12.5.1, or full BCC where a BCC unit has been installed as part of previous version of VP.

It is therefore suggested that you use the Search function on this forum re VP17 and BCC and/or scroll back through the forum since VP17's release earlier this month to help identify which situation applies to you and whether or not there is a workaround.

It's not like the common BCC problem (Vegas pro doesn't crash because of BCC) but it's just that it doesn't appear, a thing that was not in Vegas pro 16

Somebody recently posted that BCC11 doesn't work in VP17, but seems to have deleted the post after the only response (not from me) was that BCC12.5 was needed for VP17 (it's been noted elsewhere on the forum that BCC build 12.5.1 was needed for VP17).

If you have an earlier version of BCC, you may need to update to 12.5.1. Others on the forum may have alternative suggestions but, please note, that you actually haven't identified which version of BCC you have.

oh thanks ! I'll see if it works

and I have BCC 8.0.1

@gbasire ... BCC 8 goes back a long time. Just in case you're not aware, BCC is now a subscription model - getting to V12.5.1 is almost certainly not going to be free.
