Plugins/Filters

I just started using Vegas a week ago(Never really felt the other Win Editing programs were really stable or powerful enough)But I must say Im highly impressed..I just finished editing a documentary in Final Cut and I really wish I would have been able to use Vegas instead>>Thanx sony...N-Eway on to my question...Where do I find Plugins or Filter packages to add to Vegas...I like what came with Vegas Im just looking for some specific's like Fire,Electricity,Shake or Earthquake and common rap video filters/transitions?plug in's ..Im working on a video for a rap group that has requested these...And I would really like to keep the whole project in Vegas..PLEASE HELP ME..These guy's are threatening to put blunts out on me and choke me with thier necklaces if I dont find them...Help

plus if you do a search you will find many of the forum members have links like this on their site to a bunch of plugs.
the link above covers most if not all the plugs currently avail for Vegas

Ok...These links helped But im really pressed for time and have pi*%ed off rappers breathing down my neck that want earthquake and electrical surge lookin transition/plugs....PLEASE SAVE ME ...Sorry to post in more than one plac about the same thing...But have you ever looked a mean Street Cat in the face and said well ...I could always dump everything into Final Cut and start over....

The Vegas Quake script will help you shake up an earth quake. For electrical effects (while not a plug-in) particleIllusion will do electricity, lightning, smoke, fire, waterfalls, worm holes, explosions, fire works, you name it. Just render the effect with an alpha channel and bring it into Vegas. (or work directly on your Vegas footage in PE).

Also - for lightning and electricity fx take a look at AlamDV. It's not a Vegas plugin, so you have to work with exporting and importing your video, but it is a great tool, easy to use and specialized for just these kind of fx.
