Plugins that support callouts

Are there plugins that support basic 2D callouts like PowerPoint and Camtasia?I'm also looking for Arrows to highlight interesting points on the videos.
Any clipart libraries available?

Do a "bubble" Search to find some threads on the subject. Change the search by date to 2-years.

Also, you can look at the text font 'Wingdings 3' and find some crude arrows and such, and you should have a folder with VMS 'Extras'. Go to it and look in 'Illustrations' and then 'Abstract' (I think) and you should find some better basics like bubbles and arrows there. When all else fails, I just find it easier to go to another program like PhotoShop and make them myself. Let us know if this helps. Cin
