PluralEyes4 and Vegas Pro18

I have used PluraEyes 4 in the past but not for several years. I just installed it for Vegas Pro 18 but it doesn't appear within Vegas. It does appear as a standalone app but that won't render the sync files to Vegas, just to Premiere and FCP.

Am I doing something wrong or does PluralEyes not work with Vegas Pro 18?

Thanks, JN. I followed your instructions and PE4 works perfectly in Vegas Pro 18. I noted there is no Application Extensions folder within either the VP 18 or VP 18.0.434 folders, so I just added PE4VegasLoader14.dll to both of those folders and also the Application Extensions folder at the bottom of the list.
