PMW EX1 into Sony Vegas NOT WORKING PLEASE HELP!!

Hi,

I'm trying to get my videos off of my sony pmw ex1 and into sony vegas. I can see the SXS memory cards show up in the explorer at the bottom...but every time i try to open one it says

the file could not be opened make sure you have access to that file or folder

then when i try to just open in quicktime it says

error -2010 the movie contains some invalid data

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Bob,

I'm merely basing on two premises:

1. The SCS Release Notes (that you advised that more people read, and rightfullly so)

2. The Rendertest-HDV.veg test people posted here; those with 8 cores reported the 8.1 to do it in not much more than half the time needed by the 8.0c

This is why I mention "scalability". I'm sure that the future versions of 64bit Vegas will be even faster, but to unleash the potential we'll need more CPU power.
