Bim, you've imported a single png file, which is what VMS supports.

Do you have a collection of these images that you want to display in sequence?

Hi Juergen2007 ,

Yes, I have an entire hi Def animation rendered to png frames from Poser...
Thanks

First, go into your Preferences, and find the setting for Default Event Duration (or similar... I don't remember what it is called exactly). It is usually set to 00:05;00 (5 seconds). Instead, change it to 00;01 (1 frame).

Next, select ALL your PNG frames, and drag them to the timeline. I hope they are numbered in a clear, sequential way, like pic0001.png, pic0002.png, etc, etc.

That should put all of your PNG frames on the timeline, sequentially, each with a duration of exactly 1-frame.

Do NOT expect this video to play smoothly in the preview-window. There is simply too much overhead for VMS to load and render each frame from a separate PNG file smoothly. But, if you render your movie to an output AVI / WMV / MPEG file, it should come out looking good.

You can also open the stills as an image sequence

File > Open [browse to first file], enable "Open open still image sequence" and enter the last number in the range.
