Poor Quality in SWF files

I am able to generate the file and it plays in IE, but the quality is so poor. Even at 512k option. Any ideas? I was not even using video, it was only text overlays.

Any help is appreciated.

right click your flash file in IE and see if your quality setting is set to HIGH

also try making it with STRETCH VIDEO TO FILL OUTPUT FRAME unchecked in the screenblast properties of the make movie.

I figured it out. If I click on the swf file, IE expands it within the brower. If I embed the SWF in HTML then it remains at 320x180 and it looks good. 320x180 is too small however and it does not look like I can change this setting.
