poor video quality after rendering

Hello. I just started recording with OBS version 30.2.3. I like the video after recording, nothing wrong with it. Its it a 2560x1440 rescaled to 1920x1080 144fps. Because it works for me. However, when a drag the file into Vegas or premiere and render it, it comes out so bad. I have tried almost all settings possible. I have the same problem when is use Bandicam to record with.

I use Vegas Pro 16. I have RTX 3060 16 GB i7 13700F 2.10 GHz

So i have 2 problems

1. It looks like vegas changes to color of the video to a more darker contrast.

2. The render quality looks so bad as you can see on the picture.

i have linked pictures of my obs settings and vegas render + project properties settings. + pictures of the rendered video that looks strange.

Add a levels Fx to the output (video preview window) and use the computer RGB to studio RGB preset. VP 18 and newer do this for you automatically.

Change field order in project properties to progressive, frame rate to 60 and full resolution rendering quality to best. I'd disable resampling too, though how you go from 144 fps to 60 is worth testing.

Your Vegas Project Properties do not match your Source video.

Click the "Match Media Settings" icon first before doing anything else in Vegas.

That's just to start. For any further peer assistance, please post your complete file properties using MediaInfo as described in this basic article. Thank you.
