Porting to DVCPRO 25 format

Hello everyone,

I'm brand new this form and video editing, but I'm facilitating a team of individuals in my church to create a new church broadcast program. Our station requires DVC Pro format. We purchased Vegas + DVD as our editing program, and we are contemplating purchasing Panasonic's AJ D250 to port to DVC Pro-25. Does anyone know if Vegas supports Panasonic's AJ-D250? Tech support pointed me here.

Any 25 mbps DV-based format should work fine (Consumer DV, DVCPRO25, DVCAM). 50 and 100 mbps formats are not supported (DVCPRO50).

Thanks for the help. I just picked up Panasonic's AJ - D250 today. We're going to try recording to it and receiving from it. I'll keep you posted.
