What's your workflow for clients requesting Powerpoint conversions?

Currently here are the methods I'm aware of:
Microsoft Producer -still looks clunky but free (how is it to build in?)
Visual Communicator Pro - expensive, greenscreen issues, but interactive
DVD XPoint- converts to DVD, compatibility issues
TalkingSlide- novel, but how hard to build in?

Can you add to the list? OR site advantage/disadvantages to each soft?
