Sure. Render your video as either MPEG-1 or WMV and most any version of powerpoint that has come out in the last 10 years or so should play it. In Power Point, click Insert / Movies and Sounds / Movie from file. Browse to your video, select it, click OK. This will drop a black rectangle on the slide containing your video. Size it appropriately.

Thanks a lot - I also should have mentionned that I made the video but the Powerpoint presentation is for someone else.

Will they be able to play the video it if I render in wmv or MPEG1 and give them a DVD?

If you make a data DVD with your MPEG1 or WMV file on it they'll be fine. If you create a Video DVD then they may have some difficulty.
