I've pre-encoded my video using Premiere 6.5 (muxed) and bring it into DVDA,
with muxed MPG-2 audio just fine.
I created a new audio 5.1 mix of it using Acid 4, and encoded it in AC-3.
Viewing Optimize DVD with the imported mux file indicates
that just the Audio will need to be reencoded to AC3-Stereo.
Here's the quandry,
When I swap the audio out with the 5.1 .ac3 file for the
video, and view Optimize DVD, it wants to reencode the MPG video file
from scratch...can I prevent this?
There shouldn't be any need for reencoding, right?
What am I missing. THANKS!
