Pre-gaps

I'm a trader of live concerts. I use SF4.5+CDa (4.0g) in dao mode (oo:00:00 pause between regions)

I always noted that CDa added a kind of pre-gaps on several tracks.
Example: CD "xy" - dao mode

track 1 - index 1 - 00:00:02,00 (start) - 00:06:34,14 (end)
Track 2 - index 1 - 00:06:34,14 (start) - 00:11:51,40 (end)
track 3 - index 1 - 00:11:51,41 (start) - 00:18:06,01 (end)
track 4 - index 1 - 00:18:06,01 (start) - 00:26:03,72 (end)
track 5 -index 1 - 00:26:03,72 (start) - 00:33:55,19 (end)
track 6 -index 1 - 00:33:55,20 (start) - 40:51:43,00 (end)

please note the end of track 2 and the start of track 3 (00:00:00:01), as #5 and #6

The CD always sounded fine in my cd player, so I did'nt give any importance.
Just today I got a message from a guy I traded some cd's, who told me that using EAC (Exact audio copy, an excellent software to do exact digital extraction from cd's) he noted several pre-gaps
These pre gaps (the 00:00:00,01 as above explained) due him some slight glicthes

How can fix this problem? Why this occurs?

Any help is appreciated

I was wondering when you play it back in your CD player, do you ever see a quick flash of the - on the lCD display of your cd player? On mine, sometimes i see it sometimes i don't when it goes directly to next track without pause.
