Can you give track effects precedence over track motion? I am using track motion to make a piece of video zoom in from far away.. But I want to apply a gaussian blur to it.. But I want the gaussian blur to affect the whole area of the screen while it is zooming, not just the area within the actual video that is being zoomed. Currently, applying a gaussian blur while it is zooming causes there to be a hard edge to the zoomed video while the inside area is blurred. I wan the edge to be blurred as well, so it has a sort of feathered halo effect. So far the only way I can think to do this is to rerender the clip zooming and then apply the gaussian blur to the rerendered clip.
