I am doing a projectabout container ships. In the past I have done timelapse sequences on ships and other stuff in doco's and corporates. Now I want to do it using DV video.
If I have a shot that is one hour long [of a ship arriving at a berth. The camera is on the ship], will VV3 speed ramp it into, say 15 seconds for me? If so, how do you do it.
I was speaking with the editor today who said there is a method that Prem6 uses whereby it will select every 10th frame or something to do this. He also said we could just put the entire one hour on the timeline and speed it up from there.
Any thoughts, suggestions.
TIA
