How do I float the preveiw window so I can grab it and slide it where I want it?

Please see the manual from page 289 and on :

or left click and drag the preview window on the dotted line under x and <

BTW this works for all windows having the dotted lines.

thank you i, feel kind of estupido but thats ok because im still a greenhorn
