preview error code 0x80040964

hi...i need some help...when i try to playback a movie that i want to burn in dvda the preview window with the control remote gives me that error
preview failed error code 0x80040964...anyone a similar problem?...

Try this thread and see if any of it is relevant to your situation. I imagine it could relate to other audio devices as well.
