Factor? - upgraded video card
preview worked fine for years. Now the option in the trimmer window is greyed out.
Edit>Trim option also greyed out.
Can't preview video from timeline either
Projects new or old - same problem
Searched internet - I see this is a reoccurring problem
I'm a basic user of this program so if you have an answer, please keep it straightforward. If you refer to CODEC please give me some help on where to find or change that setting.
