Preview Ram

Where do you go to set your ram speed for your preview to help with the play back being slow?

I don't think you mean RAM speed, since that's pretty much fixed by the RAM and motherboard you're using. If you're talking about dynamic previews then go to Options / Preferences / Video. It's the first item on that tab.
