It seems like the more I use my Vegas the more the preview screen Lags. I created this very short video that shows my settings. I was hoping some of you could take a look at it and see if theres something I could change to get better results.

-My virtual Memory setting is set to 12000MB
-I have performance turned on to (Programs) instead of background applications.
- I know about Shift+B but its very time consuming to use it over and over..id just like the preview screen to work
I have a quad-core..I get the same results if I shut everything down running in the background - Antivirus and such.
4 GB of RAM = Max allowed
