Print to Tape ....No sound??

Hi,

Strange, I created a movie and opened it with Video Capture.
When I play the movie, everything is fine. When i transfer
it or Print to tape, I get no Audio.
When i looked at the menu "Audio" I see Sound Blaster Live
Listed but as soon as I turn on my DV Camera, the Sound
Blaster is Greyed out. Why?

Thanks in advance,
Lou

What is your setup? It sounds like you don't have the
audio output from your PC hooked up to the audio input on
your camera.

The Sound Blaster is greyed out when you select "DV"
because the 1394 bus has no need for a sound card. Your
audio is now being delivered through the iLink (aka
Firewire), so the program releases the sound card, since
it's of no use. If you're getting no sound on your DV
camcorder when you print, make sure you're hitting the
button on the software that has the camcorder under the red
record not, not the one with the play arrow. The latter is
for preview checking, as the former is for the final
recording. Check these things out, and I'm sure everything
will work okay for you.

Best wishes,
