Print to Video from Vegas 3.0c

Hey Everyone,
i love vegas video....... i can not print to video from the timeline. any suggestions on what to do. i have followed the steps but there at the end of prompy dialog boxes the program closes itself on me.

Are you using firerwire to print to dv tape or want to print to analog tape?.
I assumed that you render video.
