I have been using Vegas 4 for two years, and have been very happy with it.
In the past month I have had a problem printing to video whereby occasionally there is a loss of firewire connection for about 2 seconds when there is no sound or vision. I have Premiere 6 and MediaStudio 7 on another desktop and laptop which do not display this problem when exporting to the same Sony DHR1000 dv recorder. I have tried changing cables, firewire hubs etc. with no success. Can anyone help please? It is extremely frustrating when editing a 2 hour+ wedding vid!
