A man after my own heart. Played a few games while printing in background. Found manual plus divider page for each chapter fit nicely in a 2-inch D-ring binder. NOW! Does anyone know where I can find a reasonably high-resolution full-size picture of the Vegas 4.0 Box or something similar? I like to make slide-in cover sheets for the binder (and spine). Did same with Acid Pro, Vegas 3.0, and Sound Forge and they look quite nice.
Thanks

Si,

" Remember to print on draft quality, there's no need at all for 720 dpi! "

Excellent tip. I was making that very mistake, of printing at 720dpi on Epson's Photo Quality Inkjet paper. Beautiful looking coated pages, but considering the cost of the paper (about $15 for 100 sheets), the high ink consumption, and the slow printing, it just wasn't feasible. They don't need to be that beautiful.

By printing on Epson's bond (about $8 per ream, but it is really nice) at 360dpi, my pages are coming out much faster, use lots less ink, and look decent. I think this technique will make it feasible to print some full color manuals. Sorry 'bout that, eNovels and Kinkos.
