Pro Update From v5.0 To V5.2.133 Problem

Hi,

I just downloaded the v5.2.133 update and now I can't run it because I am getting a screen that says that the trial has expired. Either buy it or enter your serial number.

I entered the serial number I have for v5.0 and got an error message that it was invalid. I tried to go the buy route and register by phone option so I could again enter my serial number and got the same error message that it was invalid.

Why is this happening and what need to be done to correct this problem so I can use v5.2.133?

I am running this software on a Pentium 4 3.2ghz and 4 gigs of ram with XP Pro(SP3).

Are you "sure" you are not trying to upgrade Studio 5.0 to Pro 5.2? That will not work. To check the version that is registered to you, go to the Forum Settings->My Software link at the top of the page.

Many people have had problems with recent versions of both Pro and Studio. Unless you have a good reason to upgrade, my advice is to stay with the version that was working for you. "If it aint broke, don't fix it!"

Also, look at the build number to distinguish versions. SCS is a bit slack lately in naming the versions.
