Is anyone else having a problem with proBAD novitalscenes

Once you shut a project down and re-open a project you have to redo all the vitascene fx or transitions
The project may even lock up..red screen flash…etc
I have installed the latest update and it’s worse than before
Often getting cant find vitascene..reinstall or shut down
What I do know that the problem is related to the security check or key check..which is valid

I have e-mailed them so many times I can now claim stalker rights ….its frustrating

Surly someone else must be having the same problem

No problem here XFX,
Tell you what....try uninstall vitascene completely (removing all folders)..
(and also delete from the registry)....
then reinstall it, but only install the base programme and the latest update
(meaning non of the updates in between).

All of their Plug-Ins seems to work really well for me in Vegas but when I use them in Premiere I experience lots of Crashes when 'Scrubbing' through the timeline after applying. I feel your pain and know your frustration.
