Hi,

I am trying to import .wmv files that are saved onto my computer but when I insert them into the timeframe, audio plays but the video doesn't. The preview screen stays black. In the timeframe the image appears as red.

I have unchecked that box that says "close media files when not the active application" but still it doesnt work.

I have tried looking on the internet and using the help feature in the software but I can't find a solution.

The files are .wmv and are movies that I have downloaded on Forza 3 in the replay feature. Does this have any significance?
