I recently posted a query asking whether it was possible to import a sequence of images (from a 3d rendering package) and make a movie. Someone was good enough to explain the process to me and I was able to put together my first video animation.
Unfortunately, I am trying to produce another video and I can't get any images to import as a sequence - the checkbox and `open still image sequence' is greyed out. For some reason, I am still able to import the sequence of images from my first project but it doesn't seem to matter what format of file I use now - .png, .tga, .tif etc- it won't let me do it. I have checked the filenames and even renamed all the files to get rid of any extra info so that they are simply 0000.png, 0001.png etc - still no luck. I noticed on my earlier post that someone else was having a similar problem and was advised to check the file names. Could there be any other reasons?
